77aec Terms and Conditions

Section 1

General Provisions

1.1 Nature of the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 77aec platform and its user ("you" or "member"). By using the 77aec website or services, you fully accept these terms and agree to abide by them.

1.2 Applicability

These terms apply to all services, games, promotions, and activities on the 77aec platform. This includes casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and any other services provided by 77aec.

1.3 Language

These terms have been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any interpretation dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use any service on 77aec. 21+ This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, IP address, or device is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed and funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure. Any changes to your information must be reported to our support team without delay.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

77aec may request identity verification documents at any time for security purposes. This may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Account Management

3.1 Password Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong, unique password and never share it with any third party. Report any unauthorized access to our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Transfer

Your 77aec account is strictly personal and non-transferable. Selling, renting, transferring, or allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Account Self-Pause

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

77aec strictly does not accept third-party payments. The account used for deposits and the account used for withdrawals must be in the same person's name. Violation of this rule will result in the transaction being cancelled and the account being suspended.

4.4 Transaction Verification

77aec reserves the right to verify any transaction for security and fraud prevention purposes. Suspicious transactions may be temporarily held and additional information may be requested.

4.5 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before a withdrawal can be made. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳10,000 before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus has its own expiry date and conditions.
• Bonuses may only be used on specific games.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• In cases of bonus abuse, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
• 77aec reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

5.4 VIP Program

The 77aec VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

It is possible to advance to higher tiers through regular play. Detailed terms for VIP benefits and membership are provided separately.

Section 6

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

77aec guarantees safe and fair gameplay. All games are operated under SSL encryption and fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has a set minimum and maximum betting limit. Maximum betting limits may apply while a bonus is active. Details are stated on each game's page.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a server outage, internet disconnection, or other technical reason, 77aec will attempt to refund the bet for that game. However, any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error will be considered void.

6.4 Game Records

Game records stored on 77aec's servers are final and binding. In the event of any dispute, server records will be treated as authoritative.

Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Authority of 77aec

77aec may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Failure to verify identity.
• Evidence of involvement in illegal activities.
• Technical issues or security risks.
• Instructions from law enforcement agencies.

11.2 User Self-Closure

You may close your account at any time. Contact the support team and withdraw all valid funds before closing your account.

11.3 Funds After Account Closure

If an account is closed without a rule violation, any remaining valid balance will be returned. If closed due to fraud or prohibited activities, all funds will be forfeited.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

12.1 Nature of Service

77aec provides services on an "as is" basis. 77aec's liability for losses arising from gaming outcomes, technical issues, or third-party actions is limited.

12.2 External Causes

77aec is not liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, government directives, internet outages, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

12.3 Limit on Recovery of Damages

For any valid claim, 77aec's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the relevant transaction. 77aec is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

13.1 Right to Make Changes

77aec reserves the right to change, amend, or update these rules and terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the date of publication on the website.

13.2 Notification

For significant changes, a notification will be sent to the registered email or on the platform. Continued use of the platform after a change will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

13.3 Responsibility to Review

It is your responsibility to regularly review the latest terms and conditions. Lack of awareness of previous terms and conditions is not an acceptable excuse.
